Information you give us

When you request a consultation, we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, message and any product choices you submit. When you apply for a role, we collect your application details and resume. We use these details to respond to your request or review your application.

Who can access it

Authorized HELIO administrators can view requests and applications. Resumes are stored privately and require an administrator account to download. We do not publish your contact details in the dealer search.

Service providers

The site is hosted on our server. If email notifications are enabled, a configured mail provider may process request details to deliver them to the HELIO team. External video, map and ordering services are only used when their links or keys have been configured and you open those features.

Your questions and requests

You can ask about, correct or request deletion of the information you submitted by contacting HELIO. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant request.
